Most people come to me knowing something's off but unsure where. It rarely shows up as one clean problem you can point at. Finding where it actually lives is the first real work we do. The numbers tell a story, and together we learn to read it.

Hi, I'm Rachel
I spent nine years building and operating studios in Cleveland and Akron before selling and transitioning fully into coaching. That experience shaped how I approach business now: strategically, and with a real understanding of what it actually feels like to run one.
I'm a certified Pricing Overhaul Coach® with a background in behavioral science and mental health, and close to two decades of teaching and leadership behind me. I coach the business and the person running it, because the two were never really separate. The numbers tell a story. My role is to help you interpret what they're revealing and identify what needs to shift, then support you in building the confidence to get where you want to go.
