Digital products are instant access. The moment you complete checkout, you receive everything included. Because the product is delivered immediately and in full, we don't offer refunds.

That said, if something on the technical side isn't working — a broken link, a missing email, an issue accessing the Analyst — reach out to info@rachelyacobucci.com within 30 days and we'll make it right.
